Inside are letters from the house and from the souls still in it, a page from the Bible found hidden in its walls, an original art print, a playlist for after dark, relics gathered from the rooms, an affirmation card and a gift chosen by the house itself. Every dispatch is a limited edition and no two months are ever the same.

Your first envelope ships on the 15th of the month. After that your subscription renews on the 10th and the envelope that follows it ships on the 15th. Subscribers receive one snail mail envelope per month.

It is $19.50 US dollars per month, with duties and taxes already included. Postage within the USA is free. Mailing outside the USA costs an additional $1.00 per month, added at checkout.

Yes. You can pause or cancel it yourself at any time from your account. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee. A change made before the 10th of the month takes effect before the next payment is taken.

Within the USA an envelope usually arrives 3 to 7 business days after it is dispatched. International envelopes usually take 10 to 21 business days, depending on your national postal service and customs handling.

No. Each dispatch is sent as ordinary letter mail so that it arrives the way it is meant to, sealed and postmarked, rather than as a parcel. If your envelope has not arrived within 21 days of its dispatch date, write to us and we will send it again at no cost.

Write to us within 14 days of receiving it with your name, your order number and a photograph. We will replace the affected items at no cost where replacements remain available, or refund that month's payment where they do not.

You can update your address in your subscription account at any time. A change made before the 10th of the month applies to that month's envelope. After the 10th the mailing labels are already printed, so the change applies from the following month.
