The Murder House Snail Mail Club is a monthly subscription of limited edition printed matter and collectibles. Because each envelope is produced in a limited run and mailed as a physical dispatch, the terms below apply in place of a standard product return policy.
Pause Or Cancel At Any Time
You can pause or cancel your subscription yourself at any time from your account. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee. A change made before your renewal date on the 10th of the month takes effect before the next payment is taken. If you cancel after the 10th, that month's envelope has already been paid for and will still be sent to you, and no further payments will be taken after it.
Refunds
We do not refund envelopes that have already been dispatched, because the contents are written, printed and assembled specifically for that month. If you were charged after cancelling, or charged twice for the same month, contact us at contact@themurderhousewife.com and we will refund that payment in full.
Damaged Or Missing Items
Please open your envelope carefully and check the contents on arrival. If anything inside is damaged in transit, or an item listed for that month is missing, write to us within 14 days of receiving it with your name, your order number and a photograph. We will replace the affected items at no cost where replacements remain available, or refund that month's payment where they do not.
Envelopes That Never Arrive
If your envelope has not arrived within 21 days of its dispatch date, contact us and we will send it again once at no cost, provided the delivery address on file is correct.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards are not refundable. Individual past dispatches bought outside the subscription are sold as limited editions and are not returnable once opened, except where they arrive damaged or incomplete.
