Every subscription to The Murder House Snail Mail Club is sent as one sealed envelope per month, postmarked from the house.
Dispatch Schedule
Your first envelope ships on the 15th of the month. After that, your subscription renews on the 10th of each month and the envelope that follows ships on the 15th. Subscribers receive one snail mail envelope per month, every month, for as long as the subscription is active.
Postage
Postage within the USA is free on every envelope. Mailing outside the USA costs an additional $1.00 per month, which is added at checkout. Duties and taxes are already included in the subscription price, so nothing further is owed when your envelope arrives.
Delivery Times
Once an envelope leaves the house it travels through the ordinary postal system. Delivery within the USA usually takes 3 to 7 business days from the dispatch date. International delivery usually takes 10 to 21 business days, depending on your national postal service and customs handling.
Tracking
Each dispatch is sent as standard letter mail so that it arrives as ordinary post, sealed and postmarked, which means it is not individually tracked. If your envelope has not arrived within 21 days of its dispatch date, please write to us at contact@themurderhousewife.com and we will look into it.
Address Changes
You can update your delivery address in your subscription account at any time. A change made before the 10th of the month applies to that month's envelope. A change made after the 10th applies from the following month, because the mailing labels have already been printed.
Undelivered Mail
If an envelope is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you and send it again once the address has been confirmed. A resend caused by an incorrect address on file may require postage to be paid again.
